there is a cheat to have it always be midnight and it stops the time at 00:00 and as u can c the time is stopped at that time so just put the cheat in while ur falling

Simple... steal a bike and take it up exaclty the same way you'd go in if you wouldn't have a bike.

Or you could use a cheat code of course. I like to do the jump with a hovercraft.

if u have completed the mission where you have to steal the chopper and then take the security van using the magnet then it should respawn at the abadoned air strip in the las venturas desert
