TCC was a great channel which showed some great cartoons new and old! Shame it morphed into Trouble though, it has to be the only proper UK kids' channel bar the CITV channel.
Trouble was basically created for the teens and TCC was left with the younger programming. I was pissed when Trouble closed down as it had since transitioned from the "Kids" to "Entertainment" section. Plus, Shows like Fresh Prince and My Wife and Kids were bringing in the ratins, even after being cancelled donkey's years ago.
