  • A full metabolic blood panel will show you markers such as protein and globulins. A stool panel will show microorganisms and possibly tissue break down. Tests to determine electrolyte stress, aerobic/anaerobic imbalance, and others like this will give info about major systemic functions. If you have gut symptoms even after diet changes you should look further.

  • Dr. Lind, What tests can be done to see why the gastrointestinal system isn't working normally? I do have lots of cramping even though I've changed my diet to exclude, many milk products, wheat, caffeine, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, fake sugars, etc.

    Thank you for your answer,

    Laurie

  • yes, quite helpful. Even when I am at the eat extremely little stage. Sulphite issues known for decades, now dairy, gluten and probably fructose type as well. I also believe I could have been carrying this for decades, I am in my 5th. Was prem, rH effected. only just sorting the emotional stressors, let alone the physical ones with minimal assistence.

  • Very helpful.
