I lost about 53 pounds total and dropped 11 dress sizes. It took me exactly a year to do it and Yes, it was all 100% thanks to Atkins and exercise.

I satyed on induction for two weeks and lost the first 15 pounds...I was eager to be able to eat cashews again. *LOL* every now and again I'd take my carbs down really low for a few days if I felt I had too many carbs.
