Every time he moves; they don't show the rotations of his Aikido anymore. It's hard to imagine that this is the same Seagal from Under Siege. The action scenes and way he moves is amazing compared to this. I realize he's older. But he's an aikido expert. Seagal deserves a better director, choreographer. Unless he has serious health issues. The editing is so choppy here. He once showcased style that looked great on the screen before his career went straight to DVD.
