@kekakukakeku As I said below, roaches only bite when they can't find enough food. In 11 years with them, I got bitten maybe twice!! Even when they do, it stings for a second then you don't feel anything thereafter. Roaches are NOTHING like big creepy spiders which can be down right poisonous. I would leave food around for my roaches all the time so they'd have the nourishment they needed and also hoping it would give them more strength to resist the exterminator's bug killers.

So i did the college program at Disney. They provide housing for us so thats awesome right? UGH!!! I stayed in the older apartment complex and let me tell you what a nightmare that was. Want to explain my pro-bug stance more. We never had roaches when I was a kid, but as I mentioned below I saw them being constantly hunted and killed on TV like they had no chance. Then when I finally went on my own and lived with them, I would see them on their backs after fumigations with their antennae and legs wiggling looking so helpless and defensless. Similarly when the landlord put traps out and a saw them stuck in them trying to pull theirselves out, antennae wiggling rapidly.
