  • Great to watch Sir James Paul McC just sittin down & jammin instead of performing, THANKS for posting. Gives us a clue about his musical roots, too.

  • is the amazing , is the great !i love ittttttttt , so much PAUL IS GOD !!!!!!! and this video is it proof !!!

  • Paul McCartney!♥

  • The song, Two of Us is about Paul and Linda, sorry

  • the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the world.

  • this acoustic guitar is a Martin. his voice is great, as usual.

  • it'd be great if he'd release an album of covers of buddy holly...

  • He has channeled Buddy Holly perfectly. It's almost as if he sounds more like Buddy Holly then Buddy Holly does.

  • I like this sound. this is great rock. i prefer McCartney to Lennon.

  • I´m gonna love you too

  • whats the last song???

  • NOT THE SULLIVAN GUITAR! THAT WAS AN EPIPHONE TEXAN !

  • Ugh, how presh is he?

  • That I don't know, njriley55. It's a long small red and white sticker.

  • Wrong njriley55 !! The Ed Sullivan guitar had a red and white sticker of a wing in the middle of the bridge on the Ed Sullivan Show and today it's still on the guitar so this is another one but you can take it for granted that Paul has an army of guitars.

  • @charroelton You mean the Detroit Red Wings logo?

  • @charroelton that and it had different fret marker because it was a epiphone texan

  • ESTE SUJETO NOS HA REGALADO TANTAS HERMOSAS CANCIONES. ES UN MANIÁTICO DE LA PERFECCIÓN. ES UN GENIO DE TODOS LOS TIEMPOS.

  • ssssssssnnnnnnnooooooooorrrrrrrrttttttt! (Buddy Holly)

  • Beatles now and forever.

I love it. <3 Paul for me will always be the best.

Paul has a long life. You are the best.

  • Can someone explain to me why he snorts and the end?

  • MI AMORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • Buddy influenced Paul hugely and John as well. I can see a connection between Paul's sense of melody and Buddy's.

  • Paul owns Buddy Holly....quite literally, he owns the rights to his work!

  • @njriley55 No he's not. Yesterday was performed on an Epiphone Texan. This is clearly a Martin.

  • @TennisNick I thought his Martin was a true left-handed guitar and this is a right-handed that he restrung, But if you say it's a Martin, I believe you.

  • @njriley55 He's had a few Martin's. The first one was a righty flipped around. The one he uses now live is a true lefty. Check out the Headstock of this guitar, and of the "Yesterday" guitar. The huge headstock wings on the Epiphone is a dead giveaway!

  • @TennisNick You're right of course! Hey, I just got the DVD set The McCartney Years, and on the inside cover there is a pic of Paul & Linda from around this same time (1974) and he's holding the Epiphone! Now I see the huge difference between the two!

  • @njriley55 Sorry to say, but the 'Yesterday' guitar is the Epiphone Texan. The guitar appearing in this video is the Martin D-28. Paul used this from the White Album (in 'Blackbird') and still has it.

  • @ywba Yeah, if you look below, someone else (TennisNick) already pointed that out 2 months ago.

  • @njriley55 No hes not...hes using a Martin D28 here on ed sullivan he used an Epiphone Texan hes still owns the guitar he liked buying backwards guitars...lol

  • @LEEUMSK8 I know!! This was already pointed out ages ago by someone else 4 mos. ago (TennisNick) and I agreed with them.

  • @njriley55

Hey, it's not the same guitar. I think he's playing a Martin, probably the one he used on The White Album. The "Ed Sullivan - Yesterday" guitar is an Epiphone Texan, and he still uses this one live on stage. Anyway, great video.

  • @juanv26 Yes, I know, we've been over this several times (you'd have to read all the comments here) and you guys were all right!!

  • @njriley55 He used an Epiphone Texan on Ed Sullivan. I'm quite sure this is the Martin D28.

  • @J1N256 Yes, we've already been through this several times! Please read the other comments here.

  • @njriley55 Nope, the guitar that he used to play Yesterday is an Epiphone Texan.

    That's not an epiphone. I Think that's a Martin.

  • @TheMurdok77 If you'd read the other comments, you'd see we've already established this!

  • @njriley55 Sorry :3

  • wow! gotta love this :)

  • FANTASTIC

  • this is all practice for when Paul played at the Buddy Holly tribute concert with some other famous musicians.

  • Blackpool

    That's the place for me!

  • LOVE IT!
