I think the guy Low Balled the job, and then thought he could get the money back by raising the prices on the Materials. $1,500.00 seem pretty low to do a Good Job that size. Either that, or he has no Idea of how to correctly Estimate and contract a job. Basically the case is a Nickel and Dime case.
