Please take note that my technical service to this national effort is done in the spirit of volunteerism - it is yet more evidence of my strong values of citizen participation and noncitizen participation, nay more than mere participation but meaningful inclusion of not only my grassroots money, but also my endless grassroots professional time/expertise and my grassroots ideas.
