I read a lot of comments and all I can say is... wow... I'll be simple and precise with this one. If you like general entertainment and watch movies and other shit then you may prefer WWE over UFC. If you like to see fighting as a competition, if you like to see actual martial artists go at it, you will probably prefer UFC. I've noticed the general argument regarding the shows is based on entertainment rather than comparison between the fighters so I won't even discuss that.
what your supposed to look for on tv is entertainment, wwe is VERY entertaining, despit the fact that its (get ready for spoiler) scripted. now ufc is real, 100% no doubt, and i can see how people from the ages 17+ can like it, the problem with ufc with me is tht it doesnt entertain me at all. it takes like 1 minitue for some1 to actually strike the guy and there is alot of boring ground game n clinching, while in wwe theres intense storylines and cool ways of hurting others, but tna is just sad

UFC wins without question. It's simple these guys are huge and all muscle plus all their punches, moves and kicks are very real it's not like wwe where they fake most of their punches. i already stated its all about technique, and a head lock? if thats the only attack in his arsenal, the odds of him winning is very odd, how is he gonna get silva in a head lock? chase after him? he might get in to the head loch position, but locking it in is another thing, in that position, silva can easily sweep him to the ground, and from there he can easily win, because mark henry doesnt have a ground game

People calling UFC real need to go educate themselves. All 3 have realism in them,but there is no such thing as 100% real fighting. UFC wins without question. It's simple these guys are huge and all muscle plus all their punches, moves and kicks are very real it's not like wwe where they fake most of their punches. WWE, is pretty boaring, TNA aint that great really but now WWF, now that is a whole different story. With the attitude era and everything thats when Wrestling was the best and when kids still had big dreams to be a wrestler. It was still fake but it was way better than it is now.

if a soldier is in iraq they arent gona wana try getting on the ground for 5 minutes in an open battle field, or in any battle field. say the enemy didnt have a gun, say he had a knife, u'd be fucked. im not a fan of the style. and it is pretty damn borring watching them go on the ground and rape each other. not to mention its kinda gross looking. i just find scripted fighting to be better. even though its fake fighting, it puts on a damn better show then mma.

i mostly watch tna and they go on the ground briefly to hold someone down. they dont get on top of each other and squirm around for 30 minutes trying to grab each other. there's a big difference between holding someone down and rolling around on the ground. it just looks too wrong, it goes a lil past the limits. u wana see good fighting? play mortalkombat or watch boxing.

dude....i had watched ufc before wen i was with a friend and i never watched it again. he made me watch that stupid show. it takes a fuckin hour just for the oponents to step in the ring and by time that happens its just a couple of average punches and kicks i could see on kick boxing and then they go to the ground and its geh as fuck. tna is fake but the fights are more epic, the charecters are cooler, the story line is interesting. its made to entertain, ufc is just made to be real. faggot.

i already stated its all about technique, and a head lock? if thats the only attack in his arsenal, the odds of him winning is very odd, how is he gonna get silva in a head lock? chase after him? he might get in to the head loch position, but locking it in is another thing, in that position, silva can easily sweep him to the ground, and from there he can easily win, because mark henry doesnt have a ground game

They have the physical endurance, but that don't mean they have the skill set or have the cardio or conditioning to take a blunt trauma of a kick or punch, or the know-how to escape or avoid a submission. Also, you can take steriods in pro wrestling since it's not a real competitive sport. MMA you can't, so lets see if these actors, and I call them actors not as an insult, but because they are actors, not athletes, actually even have the physical attributes of a real fighter.

Arm or leg strength doesn't determine chin. If anything, if someone lifts 900 lbs, there's a good chance he's probably slow and sluggish, and not to mention, lifting strength don't show anything of Cardio.
If those meatheads try to land a hit, Anderson Silva, who also for a little bit, boxed, would just sway and dodge and your pro wrestlers would just get gassed.
If they are dumb enough to go for a takedown, if they even know how, here comes the submissions.
