WHY WOULD AN IMMUNE SYSTEM THAT HAS PROTECTED HUMAN BEINGS FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS SUDDENLY BECOME WEAK? IS IT ANY WONDER WHEN THE FOOD YOU EAT IS COMPOSED OF CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS THAT HAVE ZERO NUTRITIONAL VALUE... TIME TO GO BACK TO BASICS EAT WELL LIVE WELL NO NEED FOR VACCINES AT ALL. PEACE AN LOVE
VAERS is the best example of how tightly scrutinized vaccines are. No other medical intervention is so closely watched. VAERS is a PASSIVE reporting system where anyone form your doctor to your grandmother can report an "adverse event" they believe occurred in connection with a vaccines. Periodically, collections of these complaints are checked and studied to find out whether these are anecdotal events or true problems. The problems are then addressed.
But according to VAERS, only 10% of all reactions are reported. How does that keep it safe, when most doctors and ERs deny the reaction is due to the vaccine. Also, VAERS was begun in 1986, ten years after the swine flu fiasco and ten years before the P portion of the DPT shot was changed to the acellular form.
In medical journals, doctors + drug houses knew the pertussis vaccine was neurotoxic as early as 1940. The debate raged for years before the drug companies did anything.
VAERS is just ONE aspect of vaccine safety control. First of all, 10% is a good sampling by any measure. Second, VAERS is just a PASSIVE data bank, don't waste too much energy on it. It's just a place to gather info...it is not a scientific statement about any vaccines. Large, post marketing non-pharma studies conducted by CDC/FDA and/or academic centers are the other component of vaccine safety watch.
The increase in autism has a positive correlation with changes in the diagnostic criteria for ASD.
Your last question is the good one. Why do people insist on not getting their kids vaccinated? Because they are just smart enough to get themselves in trouble with information they cannot understand and egotistical enough to think they are experts.
that's a mean horse ass statement."and egotistical enough to think they are experts. " the parents are scared to death and that is it. don't be so rude. do you have kids? and further why do parents not understand? they are never encouraged to learn. things are kept from them often.
It isn't a mean statement. It is simply an observational one. Parents in many cases are grasping at straws and they buy into the words of quacks who have no evidence because they cannot live with not having an answer. I have complete sympathy for parents who have children with autism. I have worked with dozens of them. I have also, however, worked with several who were permanently and severely damaged by diseases that never should trouble any child, because they were not vaccinated.
"and egotistical enough to think they are experts. "
so you really think this is not rude to say towards a parent as long as they have been "grasping at straws" out of fear and emotional pain. and u singing what you call a quack (your opinion.)
so how would you judge me? i consulted with a DAN doctor 8 years ago because my pediatrician told me i could do nothing to help my son and i would not be able to care for him by age 7. i navigated what you would call quack therapy
8 years later with GF/CF SCD diets, detox, my son in thriving in the 4th grade at grade level. i have no doubt he will be independent. work is not done but i know what to do. and gee i learned it all from quacks because medical science followers ignored any hope
I have high doubts that your pediatrician said any such thing if your child was three years old. If he did, he was either not very experienced with autism or not a very good doctor.
I am a special education teacher, and I have never heard of an autistic child being "written off" at such an early age. In my experience, it is usually the parents misinterpreting what is being said to them, which may or may not be the result of poor communication skills on the part of the professionals. Often though, parents just don't want to hear that their children are going to fight a lifelong battle when they are so young.
Again, I ask about regular therapy, because again in my experience, parents often associate alt therapies with success when they are almost invariably paired precisely with the child's first real exposure to proven intensive behavioral therapy and first years of school. It is a question of what is actually making the difference.
parents know their children better than anyone. my sons school highly respects me. they call me to ask my opinion on ideas to help him because they know i know him so well. but i hav been told im a rarity
Im glad that youre active in your child's case as you should be as the prime caregiver. Thats not always the case whether the parents are worn out,or just don't care (a problem again with many parents regardless of their childrens circumstances). That said, parents need to be aware of their biases relative to their own children and realize that the teachers and therapists can a.only do so much b.require your support from home c.are thinking of the child 99% of the time even when disagreeing..
well, as the doctor said, we have to talk to the GPs to get an infomed decision!! What a crap!! If we go to doctor he will just repeat what he had to said and will my research ends with they opinion?
Outbreak of Mealses? And about the outbreack of Autism?
"Outbreak of Mealses? And about the outbreack of Autism?"
Let me balance the odds here. Either A) Get a vaccination and prevent your child from having the Measles or B) Possibly let your child die from the Measles because of a hypothesised link from one inconclusive study which has been demonstrated to be wrong by follow up research several times.
Even my child's doctor child said: "I wouldn't never inject poison in my children's system". Let me balance the fact: A)the deseases infections declined much before the vaccines appears, so the vaccination are not the cause of desease control(you can find out by yourself on google/statistic)B)Children and animals get sick after a vaccination.
The vaccine is made of so many poison components, it is ilogical to try to prevent desease by giving poison to kids.
A) All these graphs which supposedly show that 'fact' only take death into account and not cases. watch?v=959HmIWSDQ0
B) Some children might get a little fever or a rash which is quite a common reaction of the immune system when it responds to antigenes. However this is better than dying/paralization from polio.
Everything is poison even food the dose matters. There are no studies that indicate harmful adverse effects of vaccine solvents in the concentration range which they are applied.
well, I don't want to convince you otherwise, think whatever you like. Mercury is dangerous, extremally dangerous and i don't want it injected in my child's body, rather my child get ill or die for any desease she may get than I am be the cause of her illness and death.
"well, I don't want to convince you otherwise, think whatever you like."
Wtf? It's not about convincing me of something it's about evidence and if you don't have any peer reviewed research to support your claims you might as well shut up.
"Mercury is dangerous" No study shows that the amounts used in vaccines lead to any harm. Even if, mercury usually is only used for flu shots. watch?v=mEQB8decrxE
"rather my child get ill or die for any desease" You are crazy! Vaccines don't kill.
More parents that refuse to vaccinate their children, will ultimately result in a rise in outbreaks of the disease's that have been under control, or eradicated.
We live in a mobile society, people travel all over the world, and bring this crap with them!
"vaccines are very, very safe." In my opinion vaccinations have side effects just like all other OTC & Rx drugs. It's just a matter of how each individual person responds.
He mentioned whooping cough. I have read that the whooping cough diagnosis pertains to a non-vaccinated person & bronchitis to a vaccinated person. Does any one know if that is correct? Thank you.
Of course, they are, but doctors diagnose bronchitis in pertussis cases if the child is fully vaxed. Makes the vaccine look good even though it is only 60-78% effective at best according to the package insert.
Here's a question for,: say you are correct (which you are not, because pertussis is diagnosed by laboratory study of nasal aspirates) about this issue. Do you think reduction of a deadly disease by 78% makes the vaccine useless?
RIght, as if we'll make universal medical decision based on your personal experience. I'll make sure to pass your story to the family of the infant who died at our hospital due to pertussis.
Good for you! Would you feel confident to say that to the parents who lost their infants to the disease? You can find clips of them here on youtube. Just search a little.

Also, as people have become better able to diagnose autism, the percentage of kids labeled MR has decreased.
I don't know about all states, but there are definitely states where you qualify for more services if it is documented that you are autistic.
Personally, I do think there is a legitimate increase, but I don't think it is as much as it appears to be.

o wow 3 kids died of measles 10 years ago shes like omg, and how many die from the other "side effects" of any shot
cdbz20 3 years ago
I think you may have slightly missed the point:
Prior to vaccination (and in non-vaccinated countries) rate of death from measles is/was1:1000)
Rate of death from vaccines: about 1 in 1 million (anaphylaxis)as reported in VAERS
Chance of getting hit by lightning about 5 in a million.
Now you get it?
