Not even sure if it was implemented (seems like zombie sounds replace the monster's) but there is a fairly large monster he was running away from close by banging on the metal, he has a heart attack because he just escaped it killing his colleagues when they had failed to kill it.

in he ps2 version, in the refridgerated room i found a scientist , who looked completely normal, being chased . i saved him but became low on health in the process, so heinjected me. halfway through my injection he changed into a g-man, clothes and all, although he still spoke like a scientist and had the same bodily shape as a scientist.

this is not an easter egg. an easter egg is an extra in the programing somewhere or some hidden function. this is simply a scripeted sequence (<-- spelling fail?) and it was just misplaced in an area it shouldnt have been. theres alot of those in HL cause thats when valve was n00b now its beast lol
