senornipolian, you can be obese and still be skinny because obese means your weight for your height and age so im 5'7 and 165 obviously thts over weight for my height and im 23 its because i work out so im not fat at all but my muscle adds weight there for im obese, my weight should really be around 145-155

I listened to your diet plan. It's terrible. You don't want to cut calories too much, and a piece of cheese won't give you your daily requirements of calcium. The most important thing is exercising which will increase your metabolic rate.

First of all...the main nutrition fact you need to be worried about is Sugar. Fat by itself will not cause you tobe fat or gain weight, sugar does. You need to do alot more research on this topic.

It's all about metabolism...Some people hard as they exercise, they will still be fat.
But it is possible to change your metabolism.
Eating more often, smaller portions and exercise.
Omega 3 is awesome, good for your brain.
