I died a little when this anime ended. It really got me when Otonashi fell forward after Kanade passed on while hugging, and the desperation of Otonashi trying to grab the air.

@Hirailization yeah i know but did yu watch after the credits... everythings fine now everyone is mostlikely back together again in the after life the place they were in was a sanctuary for youth souls that wasnt rerady to pass on or had a grudge of not passing... but yeah after the credits well yu know what happenes... otanashi walks passe a girl the girl who was humming a familiar song was kanade and otanshi realized it and grabed her from the shoulder and now ther most likely together again

@Hirailization ontop of that all of the guild all of his friends he met there in the sanctuary hinata yuri yui everyone is most likely together agian enjoying everlasting life together forever everyone is most likely united again having fun... rmember that after the credits that ending told it all

@MegaErvin18 I don't think there is a season 2, it was just a rumor. If you look it up, there's no official announcement anywhere. Anyway, I don't think there's really a need for a season 2... this one wrapped up perfectly. Too bad, though.

It doesnt take up 4 mins where otanishi is grabbing air... If u were patient enough its actually the ending song and then theres like 30 seconds at the end where it shows a happy ending for kanade and otonashi..

I liked this song. Except at the end, when it was lame (took up the video "Otonashi grabbing nothing for 4 minutes." I hated him so much by the end of the series that I was laughing...hard and without restraint when that girl said she had better places to go then to hang around with him forever.)
