Advertising companies pay companies like MondoMedia to advertise their stuff, and it is MondoMedia's job to attract as many viewers as possible with their shows. The better the show, the more viewers. The more viewers, the more likely they are going to look at the adverts and purchase the stuff advertised. Where do you think MondoMedia makes money, and why do you think they make shows? For fun? Nope. It's a business.
