Um I hate to be realistic here but in order for their to be a pardon there has to be a CONVICTION. Since there has been no crime there is no need for a pardon. Just because you don't like something does not make it illegal or just because a college professor says it's unconstitutional does not make it so. These are after all the same people that say the constitution contains the words separation of church and state. when I have 5 grand for anyone who can show me those words in the Constitution

He said I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church and State.
