Two points here, first, you don't have any right to tell someone in a public place to fuck off. Secondly, everyone including the guy playing music has a right to use reasonable force depending on the circumstances. Since they are in a designated public place you wouldn't have the right to detain someone unless they commited a crime which has a 5+ year prison term.

i worked as a security guard for 4 years and i can confirm that the majority of them are border line retarded. i never enforce arbitrary rules that served no purpose. when i worked on the doors i only once had a fight because when some one; drunk or otherwise had a problem i listened and reasoned with them whilst showing them respect, it always defused a situation. i was liked and respected by the pubic, club owners and staff but hated by my Nazi colleagues. people need to renounce authority.

They were always out to allow hunts to go ahead, but now they are not out to stop them.
