  • Gosh. I think I'm never going to rest until I have the Dior Beige Massai - but I can't find it anywhere! I know it's being re-launched, but does anyone know if it's out yet? does it have a different name? I hope the colours don't change!!!

  • Hi, I love this look! Just a quick question, why do you use a sponge applicator rather than a brush with some of the shadows? thanks.

  • I have been wanting to do the coral look and you have absolutely mastered what I have been wanting. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

  • very nice :)

  • You looks like Jordan from Scrubs :D

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom Sadly, the Beige Massai palette has been discontinued. Can you (or anyone else) recommend some dupes for the two eye shades used in this look? I've been searching and haven't had any luck so far :(

  • I love the dark brows on you, actually. It makes you look so youthful.

  • This would work great for me. I have very pale skin but very dark hair and strong brows.

  • This look really reminds me of the look that Molly Ringwald does on Ally Sheedy to "transform" her in the movie The Breakfast Club. It's a very 80s schoolgirl look to me, which I love! Very fresh and young and you're absolutely right, it needs the stronger "Brooke Shields" brow. Really pretty.

  • This makes your eyes really look greener!

  • This look needs more mascara! <3

  • i have trouble finding looks that i feel are enhancing for me im pale and i have big almond dark brown eyes and black hair and my lips are very large so i never wear color bc i feel its all uneven with the size of my eyes and lips haha . Would you be able to give me any tips?

    Hayley

  • i just got a spot in my lip as well! hahaha

  • Your so beautiful Ms.Lisa , I admired you the way your putting make up :))) I realy love it !! I wish i had skin like yours .. ;( .. Ms. Lisa why everytime im putting make up after an hours its dis appear its shows all my blemises ... please help me . thanks a lot :)

  • @hotmamabh What kind of makeup? Foundation, shadows, etc? And what type of skin do you have? If that happens a lot try to invest in primers which will make your foundation and shadows last a lot longer, and if you have trouble with foundation try putting a primer on the skin than aply your foundation and then powder it! try mac fix plus or urban decay primer potion.Hope it helps, sorry Im not lisa eldridge ;)

  • gawwd you look lovely here!

  • Lisa please try the tubing mascaras!! they are fabulous. They don't flake or smudge. I haven't gone back to the traditional mascara after i started using that! I think you will become a fan too!

  • I love how your finished look looks. Do you have advice for people with sometimes sallow skin--eg: foundation, makeup colors? I am chinese and I love the rosey color cheek, but have been advised to go more for the peachy colors altho I feel my skin is quite light-colored.

  • SPECTACULAR MAKEUP TUTORIAL! You make it seem so easy! ^__^

  • simply beautiful.....

  • love the eyes and cheeks. not so sure about the lips though - perhaps lipstain or matte lippy would have been a better choice imo. lovely work though :)

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom yes! many of us need that :p

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom - looking forward to makeup look on asian (hooded eyes) model. pretty please? =)

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom hi lisa. thanks for your great tutorials. I was wondering if this was going to be followed through?

  • So gorgeous!

  • Hi lisa. could you please tell me the shade you used in this video for your dior nude foundation. My skin tone is like yours and its difficult to find the right shade.

  • Hi Lisa:) Gorgeous look. Again!

I´ve tried this look, but I used a PUPA compact powder coral shade instead of the one U´re using in the video. It has a littel more glitering elements in it. Do U think it´s appropriate for a day look (using a little more glitter)? I have green eyes, dark hair. I bought the Guerlain eyeshadow primer & I didn´t try it yet with pupa shadow, but it seems to "eat" a liitle bit of the glitter of other shadows, which I actually LIKE.

    Best wishes&greetings -Portugal X

  • Amazing tutorial <3

  • Hi Lisa, this is the most gorgeous look I've ever seen! I've green yeys, do you think these eye shadow pallet id appropriate to my eye colour?

And what is the trend for this autumn? Please advise! Thank you very much!

  • @MzDiana0 would be divine on green eyes. I'm uploading a new video later today which is on trend for this A/W. Have a look x

  • simply beautiful ! you glow !

  • i got brown eyes and hair, pale skin. im going to attend a wedding and chose a green-turquoise dress.do you think that this make up would look good with it

    thanks and love the videos!

  • sensational looking ideas. appreciate it, has anyone used Sally Hansen's most recent product line? it is quite hard to get quality makeup in Molalla but you can receive some amazing samples of make-up via 'Gratis Makeup Samples'! theyre cool!

  • looove this look! U r amazing!!

  • Very pretty!

  • Wooowwww!!! Spectacular!!!! :D

  • you look like nelly furtado in this :D

  • just wondering is it always a No.7 foundation brush you use ? your foundation always looks flawless !! i love your videos !

  • @DaleneB mostly yes. Thanksx

  • Hi Lisa, I recently bought the Christian Dior Beige Massai eye shadow. It looks great on you but when I put it on, it looks odd (it's too orange). I don't usually wear any other colours apart from Bobbi Brown Galaxy for evening, a purple Stila convertable colour pencil and also, I have just bought Dior eyeliner pen in brown. Is it just the fact that I am not used to seeing myself with this colour and the more I wear it the more I will like it? My sister's wedding is in 2 wks. Thank you x

  • what concealer did u use?

  • Lisa this is beautiful!! You look gorgeous as usual. It could be me but the link to your web site is not linking up for me. I will try to recreate this but it won't look as good as you do. Thanks again.

  • I liked so much this videos that I bought the dior palette and the rimmel lipstick. :)) It was so expensive !!! (from ebay.. uk, in my country I can't find these)

  • Lovely as usual Lisa. Love love love Coralista!

  • Hello Lisa =)

I was hoping you'd let me know whether this look would be okay on older women. My mom is in her mid-50's. I've watched one of your other videos that recommends taupe colors to contour eyes for older women, but would you say colored eyeshadows are not recommended for them? Such as this look? You also said older women should be using a sheer lipstick, is there a coral sheer version of the lipstick you used in this video? Thanks so much for your response!

  • @JusBrowsin100 I think peachy tones and soft corals can look great on more mature girls too although its hard to advise exactly on shades that would suit your mom without seeing her of course. What i say in the other videos about using a taupe to shade and create a 'fake' socket area to lift the eye on mature lids can be adapted with coloured shadows too. But I would say dont go too bright and garish with the shades over 50 as it can be very ageing. x

  • i loved it! probably the best coral ive watched on utube!

  • loved it

  • Love this look. It's gorgeous!! -- and very becoming to you, I think.

  • you look SO beautiful at the very beginning of the video!

    your brows are AMAZING

  • This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I adore corals and they suit me well, so I will have to try this look! I just need to get my hands on a couple matte coral eyeshadows. I have some with a sheen, but no mattes =-(

  • you remind me so much of my aunt u look and talk just like her :)

very lovely look by the way i usually dont like makeup looks w/o eyeliner but this is really pretty :)

  • Lisa, I went to Bobbi Brown when they launched the Cabana Corals collection for a lesson. When the MUA tried it on me, she said I didn't really suit the colours in the pallet. I've got fair skin (porcelain at BB) and have brown eyes. Are there any coral colours that will work for me, or is this springtime look a write off for me? Thanks x

  • @CupcakePixi its not a write off at all for you! You could avoid the brighter/redder corals which may clash too much with your skin tone but there are plenty of peachy soft corals around. Also the golden peaches are lovely on pale skin

  • @lisaeldridgedotcom Thank you Lisa! I'll have a look around the high street and report back ;o) x

  • Terrific tutorial. Brow choice was perfect in my opinion. Soft looks are a bit intimidating to me (afraid of taking a heavy hand which can quickly take a soft look to ridiculous). I think your style was excellent!

  • Hi lisa, great video :)

Please could you recommend another coral eye shadow, thank you

    xx

  • wow, your eyes are sooo amazingly green in this vid, it must be the rust, i always thought your eyes were brown! :D great job

  • thank you for this tutorial! I'm trying to replicate it for my cousin's wedding with the products I have at home, it's great!

  • Could I use benefits creasless cream eyeshadow instead of painterly? I have it in a similar colour but don't know if it works as a primer?

  • jsy, you made a typo in your url ;] I panicked when i got to an error page

  • @slskfl Thanks for noticing! Now fixed :-)

  • That is such a brilliant look. Very inspiering.

  • wow, after u hilight the inner corner, u look amazing ;)

    love the look, thank you!!

  • I've just discovered your Youtube channel, of course I have watched you on television many times

This coral look is lovely, I am only just getting into corals...and neutral lips..thank you. It's also nice that you use a range of products..High end to 'drugstore'

    :-)

  • Lisa, would you please share the color do you use for your eyebrow? thanks :)

  • my goodness- this is fantastic indeed - i love you and your tutorials - i would love to see makeup for photography(flash) and television. also different eye shapes, brush care and any other tips you have for aspiring makeup artists. can't wait for your next video. xoxo

  • Georgeus!

  • Thank you so much Lisa for another great tutorial! I'm always so exited when I log onto youtube and discover you posted a new video! Please keep them coming. And please, could you let me know where you got your earrings? I adore them!! Thx x

  • this look is stunning thank you so much!

  • Loved the end result. Looks beautiful but not overpowering. Thanks for sharing. :-)

  • Love the liner trick!

  • I looked to see if you had a faq but I wasn't able to find any. What does your lighting/set/camera look like? Can you tell me what camera you film with and about your lighting setup it looks so crisp, light, and sharp! =)

  • could you recommend any quality eyeshadow that you know of that are less expensive than the dior but that are in the coral colours and are possible to use wet. as i tried to use an old one of mine the other day and it didnt work when wet, just made lumps on the brush x

  • Hi Lisa. I love watching your tutorials, you're so beatiful, talented and such a professional! Thank you for your great work.

  • The strong brows give a ver Audrey Hepburn look, fab! Thanks again

  • Oh wow! So so beautiful. Just fresh & pretty. And yes, the eyebrows were perfection.

  • Love this Lisa, you are such a good makeup guru. Did you used to be on 10 years younger :) x

  • @JoliexLouise yes i did and there will be a new series later this year. Thanks for watching x

  • such a beautiful look! do you teach makeup... like makeup classes for aspiring makeup artists because im sure a lot of your subscribers, me included, would be very interested! :) X

  • @adoringcarmine I dont at the moment because of time restraints. I'm working most days on shoots etc so there isn't any time for that. Thanks for the great comment! x

  • As usual, I love this look! Totally wearable and looks easy to replicate. Thanks Lisa!

  • Absolutely superb Lisa - you look stunning - thank you for posting this as I was wondering how to do the coral look - your style , colour choices and application are fabulous and work very well. Thank you. Love these videos Lisa. You look very pretty. Happy Easter to you and your Family. xx
