you can also get the anti material rifle at a lower requirment level from the armoury in the hidden valley bunker and it is cheaper then all you have to do is get some repair kits from the boomer mess hall and you have a fully repaired anti material rifle for about 2000-3000 caps :)

for the brush gun i learned that all you need to do is piss of the legion and get to about level 20 or higher then they come at you with the brush gun (it has a low CND)

@Stupiditiy the classic caravan pack you had to pre order from gamestop but now you can just get couriers stash which gives you all the pre order bonuses. if you have it you get it as soon as you start the game or when you load a save.

Hang on, getting Anti-Material rifles is easy if you choose not to side with the legion. A lot of high level legion at the battle of hoover dam carry them.

it's kinda strange considering the fact that the gun known as "This Machine" is an M1 Garand Semi-auto rifle from WWII, it fires 308. rounds in the game, but in real life it's designed to fire 30-6 rounds (bigass bullet) but I guess they didn't have time to create a whole new type of ammunition just for one weapon
