So if you have that problem or somebody you know has it, you will notice the change pretty fast if you really work it out. For me, the most impressive thing was the fact that now I can focus more and I don't get distracted so easily as I did before. Good luck!

@Hamzaparvez1 : I'm still working on it! I'm 27 now.But the change came really fast once I knew what was the issue.& that was a couple of years ago. The things is that there are a few things I cannot change such as the longa face.But that's not too evident.I'm perfectionist.So I got the nose surgery at 25.Then I've started to do things to breath by the nose like wathing TV, but holding a peace of paper within my lips. Or started to do cardio excersices to work the breathing muscles. Good luck!!

I hae to say that this is absolutely true!!!!! I was a mouth breather because I had adenoids and a deviated bone in my nose and after the surgery that corrected the problem I started to pay more attention and I stopped to get lost when studying or when I was just having a normal conversation...I used to loose my mind into nothing when I breathed through my mouth...but now I think better, and also I look better.

Hi I posted 9 months ago about my mouth breathing problem, thought I'd let you know I got the surgery and I'm breathing so much better (still healing, still very swollen) I can exercise so much better, so much less sweat, etc. I can't wait till I heal enough that I can properly nose breathe during sleep.
