Thats why you get a non-published/non-listed number. And when making inquiries or purchases: use your cell phone. And also cell #'s are eligible for "do not call" as well.
And telemarketing companies outside the USA are not legally bound by Do Not Call Lists.
Asides from that fact this bimbo fails to mention is the fact that these companies buy & sell contact lists from one another, as well as obtaining contact information from voting records, & other government agencies.
So lil miss know it all is not telling you a lot of things about a variety of topics I seen her comment on, lol
@sphinxrising58 Well i do agree and disagree with you. She just give short bl.unt information not legal advice. I honestly think she does it for advertisement. I wouldn't call her a bimbo either she is providing free info to a misinformed society
I know this beecause I was one & there are several legal ways around Do Not call Lists.
When a telemarketing company purchases call lists, the first thing they do is split the initial list up into servral lists so your name & contact information is by now on more than one list any one company may own.
Even if they do remove you from one list, chances are your contact info is on another totally seperate list that company owns & can still legally use.
She just brushed over this but it's important to know...
Non-profit organizations are exempt from the federal do not call list. You must request to be taken off of their lists, yes LISTS, even then they only have to remove you from those lists for 5 years.
They say if someone blinks a lot on camera it means that they are uncomfortable. She must already know what half the people watch are paying attention to.
