Not renamed...only Swift and Eclipse were from the X....Mista Sinista and the late Roc Raida (RIP) were also part of that group.

Ill Insanity was formed with Swift and Eclipse with the addition of Precision as a whole new entity.

Not exactly sure but i'm guessing around 1:12 cuz it almost sounds like him. Then again he could be doin all kinds of parts on the song but he's definately on the track.
