The Adam Walsh law has pretty much Violated the rights of many by pretty much turning the registry into a Second form of punishment , by making the registry mandatory whether the accused is a danger or not. Theres no more descretion by the judges. Most of the time its the proscecution trying to score federal funding by showing they are conforming, because states were told they wouldnt recieve funding if they didnt enforce the Adam Walsh Law.

You really gotten screwed badly and un-fairly mistreated by the system that is gender biased. If this had been a 27 year old female predator like Debra Lafave sleeping with a 14 year old boy, she wouldn't have to register as a sex offender or would serve any real jailtime.

Ive seen this over and over again, female predators never get real jailtime for commiting a much more worser sex crime than what you did while you don't easly get off.

hey i belive you, your body language says your not guilty of the crime. many young people have sex , the age law differs from state to state. so dont worry. they have an apple i phone app that tracks sex offenders, my friend is a sex offender, yes he mooned someone in public and got a sex offender record . kind of dumb but true. take care.
