Actually AronRa has a page on Conservapedia which calls Shock "popular" and mentions that Aron has supposedly failed to meet a challenge of 15 questions....... asked by somebody else in a pamphlet, that the article doesn't mention.
Am I the only one who got a good laugh at how Shock mentioned himself being "popular" while his subscriber count is severely dwarfed by Aronra's? You know, trying to lie to say he's more popular when AronRa has over 66,000 subscribers compared to Shock's 18 thousand?
If you look at the actual article about the obesity and a few other "articles" from Conservapedia... you will get less than subtle impressions that a few of these were actually written by Shock himself.
I looked at the one about Amazing Atheist and a few others, it's amazing how the only info on Thunderf00t and others is suddenly so much more about Shock calling Donexodus a "chicken" isn't it?
I see Andrew Schlafly's comments on FSTDT a lot and they are bat-shit crazy. Conservapedia also claims in that article that atheists are more prone to a lifetime of unhealthy habits and as an atheist, I look pretty darn healthy especially at 51. :)
@OldeVampyr I won't be in an hours' time. My daughters have roped me into doing some tree surfing. I'm getting ready know, this could be my last comment ever, LOL.
Hmm. It would be interesting to compare the various populations which are most like to be obese (in the West, where food is abundant) to a scale of religiosity, from completely secular to batshit-crazy-fundy.
@curlew0609 It is interesting. The most religious states in the US are Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas. The states with the most obese people are Mississippi, Alabama, South
@TheNextTwilightZone And you base your judgement of me upon what knowledge you have of me? Absolutely zero. And just what are you doing? Judging me without knowing me. I at least speak from personal experience. And no, I do NOT hate Christians. Another false accusastion. Atheists repress their spontaneity, creativity and desires? I am a poet and songwriter and don't need any invisible friend to help me in that. Some of the most creative minds in history have been atheists. Try again.
I'd think that theists would be the obese ones, seeing as they seem to spend a lot of time on their butts praying to and waiting for a non-existent being to answer t hem. What do they do in between prayers and listening to sermons?
The irony, of course, is that Shocky is a tubbo himself:

Given his obsession with fat atheists, and his own wide girth, it makes one wonder why he is obsessed with knowing if individual atheists are gay. Me thinks the lady doth protest too much.
I cannot pretend to be any sylph myself but the vast majority of Christians I have met in my time are greedy fat bastards.I can think of one guy I used to call "The walking hoover", because any food within his range would simply get sucked up. If this is the latest shot the Chrisitians have at atheists, it just goes to show how much they are clutching at straws now. They are panicking, because they know logic and reason has them on the run.
conservapedia reminds me of William Randolph Hurst's newspapers...it's so blatantly obvious they're pulling everything they say out of their ass,yet people still believe it's true.
Just going on a regional basis (at least in the US) I'm pretty sure that the places with the highest percentages of atheists also have the lowest obesity rates.
While this doesn't show that atheism reduces obesity, it could sure show that having atheists around does!
(No, not really. Correlation doesn't equal causation.)
I was outraged when I saw what they had wrote about Stephen Fry being obese on Conservapedia, it was so unnecessary and personal...
So I thought I would include a piece on the the Intelligence2 debate where Fry whooped the Catholic church's ass. Nobody's there has noticed yet I think.
(I like making the frequent, tiny, edits to their articles that helps make them a little more "trustworthy" and see how long each account can go unnoticed for)

@OldeVampyr I survived. Not for the faint hearted, especially any obese Christians (praying just won't help you get from one tree to the next).

Easy way to check this out. Lets compare the most religious of the western nations (USA) with one of the least (eg Sweden).

A link between atheism and obesity? There's hope for America after all!

That bitch had to make an appearance in regards to obesity.
"If you can see around her..." NO! WE CAN'T! SHE TAKES UP THE ENTIRE SCREEN!

John Hagee is one of the fattest christians I've seen on my tv, even my widescreen tv struggles to get his wide girth into the picture.
