Bolivia will never sell natural gas or litium to Chile because of the international dispute Chile created a century ago by anexing bolivian sea ports by force. Unless Bolivia gets a corridor to the Pacific, Bolivia will never ever sell a single molecule of natural gas or lithium to a rapacious and unfriendly nation like Chile. This dispute has not gone away and will never go away unless Bolivia gets a sovereign corridor to the Pacific.
