  • The only way to stop it is therefore to boycott these frequently large, illegally operating organisations.

  • Once again the gvmnt has failed because the changes made to legislation only covers 'employees' of construction companies, when many in the construction industry are contracted or subcontracted and are self employed. These individuals are not covered at all. The illegal behaviour therefore continues.

  • Many of those blacklisted were not just union officials but health and safety officers, in the process of protecting workers from harm and in their service to the protection of human life.
