In my opinion the only three games that could challenge this game on the Wii is:
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Zelda Skyward Sword
Monster Hunter Tri
The only thing I disagree with the reviewer is the replay value. In my experience the game was fantastic, it had my attention for months. But after defeating the final Bowser and collecting most of the stars, I rarely insert the game disc into the Wii (it's been about 5 months since I last played the game).
@ChaosInvokerX I base 45% of a game on it's reply vaule, so I can see someone could think that. My biggest problems were the game was laughably easy for me (if you can beat all of the other adventure based Mario games, Galaxy 2 will seem like a cake walk most of the time), and to me it was basically the first game with the added Yoshi and removed one of the fan favorites from the first game. And that's why I rate Galaxy 2 very low.

@BluRacer7 Well if Sega would stop rushing them out they might be better received and actually return to platforming. What I mean by stop rushing is to take time to iron out the framerate and glitches. Sonic Colors did that but Sonic Gen had a massive glitch in Seaside Hill where the first section wouldn't even load, all I could see were the springs and checkpoints. If they could iron out stuff like that and add in more platforming, you know what Sonic is suppose to be, then it might get some.
@AshXXMayftw it's completely impossible to clean out all of the glitches, besides everyone should stop complaining about Sonic 06 cuase it's driving everyone mad, and SEGA even told everyone to forget about the game.
@BluRacer7 I'm not talking about 06 I'm talking about Generations. Just like Unleashed Generations was rough in areas, low framerate mostly. A big glitch such as a section of the level disappearing should be ironed out.
@IainStudios Multiplayer actually has infinite replayability when you think about it, and i guess you could think of perks as powerups. Also nearly every CoD game gets a 9/10 so, your logic is flawed.
This is one of the best games I've ever played. It is even better than 1. Yoshi is a great addition, and it is even more innovative than the original. Better camera, better graphics and perfect controls. I don't know why anyone plays call of duty. Graphics are the least important part of a game, and in 20 years, when we have the new consoles, we will look back inpity. Games like super mario galaxy will remain great for years to come, while the cod only 1 year old is obsolete. Cod it terrible.
this game is very good. whoever made it really took their time and got results. the bosses kick ass and are satisfying to kill. this game makes sonic rush suck ass even more. the only drawback is the starball levels; that took me 5,000 times to beat

@codfagboy cod has the same graphics as the past 4 games, the campaign doesn't have bosses, in cod's online even my grandma can kill, cod is gay, cod doesn't have realism because in a real war it is more tactic than just shoot, shoot and shoot(if you wonder how i know i looked in the internet)cod is more like an arcade game, the online is the same as the online of mw2 and any other fps so its nott an innovation at all, if you want a shooting game that is really an innovation go for uncharted 3

I really liked the challenege of MG 2. I died heaps of times but it gets completely down played because you get so many lives from letters and from stages that theres no sense of accomplishment. If I could have one change for future games, make it even more challenging by making the game more difficult or giving them less lives and give the player back that sense of accomplishment
this game was amazing, buitiful graphics, fun gameplay, good music. only problem was that the storyline sucked. Mario & Luigi Bowsers inside story managed to pull of a good storyline, I don't get why nintendo was lazy on purpose with the storyline in super mario 3d land. Yes, I know story isnt required to make a game good, but it certainly does improve it. take zelda for exsample.

@BluRacer7 Well if Sega would stop rushing them out they might be better received and actually return to platforming. What I mean by stop rushing is to take time to iron out the framerate and glitches. Sonic Colors did that but Sonic Gen had a massive glitch in Seaside Hill where the first section wouldn't even load, all I could see were the springs and checkpoints. If they could iron out stuff like that and add in more platforming, you know what Sonic is suppose to be, then it might get some.

This is one of the best games I've ever played. It is even better than 1. Yoshi is a great addition, and it is even more innovative than the original. Better camera, better graphics and perfect controls. I don't know why anyone plays call of duty. Graphics are the least important part of a game, and in 20 years, when we have the new consoles, we will look back inpity. Games like super mario galaxy will remain great for years to come, while the cod only 1 year old is obsolete. Cod it terrible.

The reason why CoD has become a hated game (Don't get me wrong, I used to like it) is because of all the repetition and the minor changes. Look at CoD ELIT3, an expansion for 50$ or 13$/year ( I forgot the actual price) 50$ for a expansion. Pay 10$ more and get the new game that's coming out next year. I agree that it has solid gameplay but why always pay for the same thing?

@codfagboy Guns don't make a game. It's about the fun stuff in a game that make it great. COD was flawed in design, gameplay, but most importantly, it wasn't fun.
On the other hand, Mario games in general have TONS of fun moments, from the start all the way to the end.
But I somehow predict that I am wasting my time telling you what games you should like. But it's not your fault. I'm just drooling how Mario is better than COD. Just continue liking the games you like and be done.

I really liked the challenege of MG 2. I died heaps of times but it gets completely down played because you get so many lives from letters and from stages that theres no sense of accomplishment. If I could have one change for future games, make it even more challenging by making the game more difficult or giving them less lives and give the player back that sense of accomplishment

Mario & Luigi Bowsers inside story managed to pull of a good storyline, I don't get why nintendo was lazy on purpose with the storyline in super mario 3d land.
