This is bordering criminal incompetence the straps have not been tightened there are different mounting positions on the tub for the belts, the passengers should be sent in similar heights to the car. These cars are the ex minardi cars i have been told by a mate that anyone with racing experience left years ago, these guys are just local pig farmers. I have seen oil and fuel fires with the engine off as the car is pushed in the garage. If you look to the left there is a guy eating crisps !

Take out the seat, adjust the belts, put the seat back in, put the passenger in, and then fine tune the belts to his or her needs. They were being lazy, and subsequently dangerous.

@MamoDad it is the responsibility of the rider to tighten (or request somebody to tighten) the belts. the crew cant make the decision to tighten the belts for the rider since it might be too tight for them, causing breathing problem, etc. they wont fly off the car, harness minimum 5 point. which buckle the hip, and individual legs. unless they;re crazy loose, which would be too obvious for anyone to not catch.

@trd88noz That's total BS. You don't allow someone into a car with the shoulder straps that loose. If they complain it's too tight, then say "sorry, then you can't go for a ride". It's that simple. They can't just let someone be in a dangerous situation just because it's a little bit uncomfortable. Harnesses are designed to work a certain way, and if your shoulders are slipping out of the belts, in a head-on crash, she would have a head injury. This was unsafe, and the crew is to blame.
