ALWAYS check the sellers "FEEDBACK" area BEFORE you buy anything from them. I've had a couple of problems but Ebay quickly took care of the problems for me.

The eBay spokeman didn't sound too confident. He was just BSing his way out of the interview. This video just shows that scammers scamming buyers on eBay can get away with it. Don't even think about filing a claim with paypal neither because paypal won't pursue your case.

biggest cyber criminal is paypal themselves.

a. freezing accounts for 6 months. even after being verfied every which way and back.

b. holding long time verified sellers funds for long periods of time.

c. so called glitches that hold people's funds past time, missing money.

*those 3 account for 10's of million in profit a month from interest.

d. paypal decides all matters with the paypal bank debit card and refuses the customer contact with the issuer.

the list goes on and on and on...
