Answer to question 1. The young man is allowed to skate in the hallway as it is a music video. They have to pay for the use of the building. Plus he is most likely one of the stand by workers and gets paid for what he did. 2. Note is a prop. 3. Note had nothing written in side as it is a prop. They only needed a name on the outside to make it look like a prop. You can decide on how you may think the whole meaning is by the words to the song.
