I might be moving to Atlanta soon. People have told me that people drive 20 over on the freeways when there's no traffic. Is this true? That would scare the bejeezus out of me.

At least the traffic is moving a bit. If this doesn't happen for the next 20 miles, the delay is not THAT bad. My record is still 1 hour for half a mile in Germany, that didn't involve a road closure.
