Despite all my time around military aircraft I still remain an Ag Plane enthusiast and in my spare time I design add ons for Microsofts Flight Simulator. If you search "FSX fletcher" I'm sure there are a few videos of my "virtual" fletcher around.
Great video Dave. You took myself and a mate for flights in EMC off a strip at Manutahi south of Hawera in 1985 when I was a young 17 year old !! We had biked out to watch you work and I still remember the flight fondly and remain very much indebted to you for that.
I subsequently joined the Air Force, but my eyesight precluded me from Flying. I retired last year after 22 years in Engineering and had a great career.
Top video! Always enjoy seeing (and hearing!!) 400hp Fletchers at work. Where and when was this filmed, and who was the pilot? If you have any more topdresser footage, by all means upload it!
