don't but this software, it doesn't work. I bought it and it hung every time I tried to register. I emailed Harris 4 times and submitted 2 tickets 4 days ago....no reply. They don't care about customers and their support is non existant. I have applied for a refund

We most certainly *do* care.
In fact, we just came out with an upgrade because there was an issue with the script.
A few people have had trouble signing up ... it seems random. We can't figure out why. As soon as we see the support ticket, we manually sign them up and reply to them with their username and password.
