@SnakePlisskenPMW the PS3 or any console does not allow mods because of format reason and the very restricted software and hardware of consoles. only PC can have mods because instillation is easier and PC is more powerful and can handle the mods. UNless you can show me a PS3 game that has mods on it, like added on cars, better textures, lighting, and a native trainer as well. Other than that, PC gaming is the only way to go

No. I am pretty sure that 360 and PS3 (consoles) dont allow mods.

@Fallenfilmz Because Rockstar's GTA IV and DLC's dont allow mods on online. PS3 can not get mods because ps3 have only bluray disc. But Xbox 360 can get mods. But no so much mods.
