You get what you have sow earlier. It's a boomerang effect. You should concentrate on the issue about melamine poising i.e. why it happens and what must be done to remedy the situation. With this scandal, China has confirmed that China manufactured bad products which are not fit for human and animals consumption.

I refuse to buy anything (That I know of) that comes from china. Its normally coated in formaldahyde, and breaks within 15 minutes anyhow...

This makes me so so angry. This is the same thing that happened many years ago, they took the most crucial nutrients out of Baby's formula, and managed to kill off hundreds of their own infants. When will the chinese people learn to stop taking something that is good to start with and make something crap out of it? They have no concept of quality! I am so glad I live in Australia where I can give my child the best I can and not worry about it killing them!! This is just bloody disgusting!

Toxic toys, poisoned foods, worm mattress, appliances compliant no safety regulations, for those to name the few, China produces nothing but harmful and hazardous products. All countries should raise the bar on inspection to protect  consumers, or just ban the import from China once and for all.

Not to mention about the quality of Chinese made products, but also Chinese government allows all those poisoned products to be sold to the world!! This entire country is awful from head to toe, Government to its people!!

I think melamine was used to make the powder look like it's higher in protein than it really is. These Chinese companies should be shut down. No second chances.
