    They have one person handling their "contact form" through their site, and they won't reply until you nag them. When they do they are annoyed with your frustration and get abusive.

    This isn't like dealing with S&W, Colt, Ruger...or any first rate firearms company.

  • @jebusHchru Actually, I had a pretty good experience, I had a few Q's about the 1911, quick response. I didn't need any work done on it, I just had some general questions and they even sent me an extra magazine since mine only came with one. So far I have around 750 rounds through that it and for the price I paid, I'm pretty satisfied.

  • The right product, at the right time, and for the right price. I'm a huge fan of Chiappa's products, and happily own several of them. Keep up the good work!
