I've had the Mogul for 2 years now and still currently rockin' with it for now LoL. It's not bad once you upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1 it works better. I had to order a 4gig memory card because the memory card it comes with is weak. I've downloaded all my apps + all my songs onto the 4 gig memory card and it works fine. I wouldn't recommend buying this phone now because it's one of HTC's first phones and they now have way better phones on the market, like the Touch Pro 2 and the Hero.

After 3 visits to the Sprint Store, and 2 software upgrades, the technician finally realized the phone is defective. So finally the representative tells me what I told her to do on my first visit. She tells me they are going to order me a new phone but they don't go out of model, witch means I couldn't get the Touch Pro. I would have had to pay for it, and right now I just don't have it. So I have a brand new Mogul with the latest Software update, and now the phone works much better!!

Well now with the Windows 6.1 Software upgrade, my Mogul phone actually works 100 times better. I purchased a 4G Memory Card on Ebay for more memory. I've also added TouchFlo2D witch is almost identical to TouchFlo3D, the same software the HTC Touch Pro uses. So basically with a few upgrades and modifications, the Mogul can be a very good phone, but considering that fact that you can buy the Touch Pro for about the same price, you should go with the Touch Pro and make sure you add insurance.

If you really want the Mogul, it's a good smart phone, just make sure you tell the representative at Sprint to give you the latest software upgrade the same day you purchase it. The upgrade will give you Windows Mobile 6.1

You don't really have to download all the extras. I just did it because I like using TouchFlo. The phone comes standard with a 512MB Memory Card, I upgraded to a 4G because I download music to my phone, so I needed more memory. Why wouldn't you get the Internet?

i had the mogul and i turned my back on it and now i want it back...the only issue i have with the mogul is the lack of pic mail...other than that this phone kicked so much as...you can download a bunch of features. the internet is hella fast and the camera is freakin awesome...the keyboard is great the touch screen is very responsive...and im not saying i dont love my treo 755 but the mogul was better

This phone is a piece of shit, I had one for 5 months and it kept freezing on me, and when i had it on vibrate if someone texted me or i recieved an email, it wouldn't stop vibrating unless i turned the phone off! Plus the battery life blows majorly on these.

I got this phone because it syncs with outlook and exchange and i can actually MAKE appointments while ON the phone! Its a bit blah for a girl..but I can always add a bit of sparkle..once I figure things out. Also, sprint is one of the few carriers that get a signal in my area..so I'm happy!
