Great upload. There's another video of him on YouTube where he's interviewed at a con and he seemed genuinely thrilled to be there. That real life enthusiasm shows in his stories. Now that he mentions Bradbury as an influence, I totally see that in his writing, too. He teeters between sensationalized entertainment and smart, challenging stuff, which I think is harder than writing on one end of the spectrum or the other.

I'm reading "Anvil of Stars" now and it's amazing! I definitely recommend it and I also highly recommend "Forge of God".

I've very recently finished re-reading EON and ETERNITY. They are both awesome works of scifi that every true scifi fan should read. If they ever make it to the big screen I think it would be better if both novels were merged into one movie.
