Oh damn, you are so young...
1. Just... STEP on it!!!
2. Make sure BOTH sides are "de-glued", stepping on them!
3. If it is a tubeless wheel like this, try rotating the tire a bit, move the other side in the middle of the rim, then you should be able to pull off the tire just WITH YOUR FINGERS!
