There are fake pizza sold in Vietnam, the reason why I called it fake pizza is because it was made is as in to portray what a pizza kind of look like. I happen to bought it once. I think the idea was describe by someone who barely know what a pizza could have been.

yup he's right...it was a fake pizza!!! in fact u've to understand one thing abt Thailand, cheese and sausage are very expensive in Thailand, that's the reason why they put mayo instead of cheese and sausage which is 90% made from flour...if they cook pizza the way western cooked, vendor will probably runs out of profit plus Thai people in upper area don't know how to eat the real cheese, i'm sure u go for Pizza Hut u'll get what u preferred :)

It is gross but here in Bangkok, thats their real pizza. There are good places to get real pizza. But on the street markets, there is no tomato sauce in it. Its a mix of Mayonnaise and some cream. The "fake fish" hes talking about is imitation crab meat, made to look and taste like crab meat but its fish. And the sausage is real, its just that infamous Thai street mystery meat. The bread dont taste great either in those kind of "creations". I miss the states! We do have a pizza hut here tho.
