They WERE starting a video covers section aswell but there webmaster has got way slack. I sent them the link for this vid about 6 months ago but the section is still empty.

Nice rhythm and vocal intonation and all, but I just can't get into this. It takes away what makes Devin's music so special to me. When the guy in the album snaps out of it at the end, he'd probably find himself with some dude playing this in the coffeeshop open mic.

devin usually plays in open c major so tuning low to high is cgcgce. i cant speak for this song specifically but hopefully that helps.

Cminor - Fmajor - Ebmajor are the three main chords. Standard tuned (EADGBE) guitar with capo on third fret he used. Devin uses a tuned down guitar to CGCGCE like draven said.
