Dude, this information is available to anyone with a computer and internet access. I'm fifteen and my friends and I regularly practice room clearing drills we learned from Police Handbooks available online, and that's just for use in our Media Studies projects. And besides, can you think of any effective counters to these tactics? They're very vague as is here, in reality, these are actually much more detailed than "pop smoke and run". Believe me mate, this is hardly helpful.
