John McCain has never accomplished anything, and it sickens me that he was my first choice last summer. He is a do-nothing beaurocrat like the rest.

  • what a dumbass. take a look at all the personal attacks romney's been doing against mccain. i say it was a good idea to lash out like that. we want a president who can stand up for our country and if mccain can't stand up for himself, then we can't count on him and he knew that and he knew it was time to act. just think about that and tell me that wasn't reasonable.

  • By "personal," you mean "he voted against Bush's tax cuts." I see... so calling someone a pig, or a phony, for example, are an acceptable political discourse, but "John McCain voted for ____ on the floor of the Senate, and I disagree with that position" is a "personal attack." Your stupidity is perhaps the best argument against democracy.

    and about your sarcasm about the joke being an acceptable political discourse... "John McCain voted for___..." is NOT at all what Romney said. Romney put words in McCain's mouth. Plain and simple. Romney also flipflopped.. a perfect moment for a perfect joke. Leave me and my humor alone!

  • I have NO idea what you are talking about. Democracy is a bad system? In contrast to... North Korea? What am I ignorant of, exactly? Which words did Romney attribute to McCain that were not his? Do you have an example of this or are you talking out of your ass agin? Every statement in every ad was a DIRECT QUOTE from McCain himself, or a newspaper. Perhaps you are senile like the dear senator? You are now claiming that Romney never said "John McCain voted against the Bush Tax Cuts?"
