@sam102300 it's not full proper paint, how can it be, its made so it blends together when you use it on surfaces, regular paint is too heavy a substance to get as good a splash when they hit the drums, you say you've done it with reg paint, maybe you have, but i doubt you got the same level of effect, i have done it mixing paint and water and we got what you see on the video....

please don't suggest I don't pay attention, it offends me...

t's just water what's on the drums and there are colored light under the drums but how the paint on there face not leaked I think becouse of the oil too man

its not a coloured light, you can see the water is coloured at the end when they spray it onto the canvas.

Dude, the lights are just to make the flying paint brighter. If you look at the paint while their pouring it, you can see that it's colored.

Their face paint is oil based i think, so the couloured water just flows off leaving no mark

oh gues that is water in the drum there ar led`s, that is only water , mayby i can help u qith thes answer, you msut have drums whis a invisible skin, an than you put a colored ligth under the drum, than you need anyone

That's so funny! Because my wife and I WERE the "late arrivals" at the show we saw. Of course, we weren't actually late, it was all part of the show. They had us watch the first 10 mins. or so from the back of the balcony, which was cool because we got to really see the band and the black light paint make up they were covered in. From the front row, we couldn't see 'em that well.

what paint do they use?

don't think it's neccersarily paint, more a couloured water solution, so it splashes more on the drums. I worked with something like it in a carnival show, we did one part paint two parts water and it worked good.
