Ok so my guess the lights are from a christmas tree lights. It might look impossible to cut the blue and red colour bits out but u can buy em from your nearest hardware store

The lighting alone cost me over $100 to get and have it installed. On top of that, there is the cost of parts and all of the time I put into building it. Sorry, but I'm not selling it.

I know but, to be honest, I think I would rather not have it unless there's an on/off switch. I take this thing to shows, and the siren constantly going would get annoying really fast.

Thanks. And the simple answer to that is...I don't have a cheap solution. And to be honest, I would rather not add sound, not unless there were a switch to turn it on and off. I take this things to conventions and continuous running sound would be annoying to no end. :-)

Most likely those little Christmas lights, hooked up to a 12 volt battery

No, they're actually custom designed LED kits, made to be modular with the Lego system.

Thanks a bunch. I suggest when you are satisfied with your finished Ecto 1, you should look into getting some lights too. That would be pretty cool. :)
