This does not suprise me at all. They replaced my headlight casings a year ago and failed to properly put the front bumper on (in fact, they left broken pieces from the old casings in my cup holders). When my bumper fell off, I took my vehicle in for service at another Acura dealer. They reported Acura at Oxmoor to Honda Corporate and when the Huffman group found out, they tried to deny ever servicing my vehicle. Needless to say I will NEVER go to or recommend any Neil Huffman dealership!
For anybody wanting to know the story, 2008 Acura MDX. Not a cheap car. The console lid broke early on, Acura of oxmoor replaced 1 side, which now made the console not match. Their excuse was it was wear, bunch of BS. 2nd main topic is just about all the weatherstrip around the door and rear hatch has split/cracked. We were told by the manager we CUT it with a knife. Not sure why we would intentionally damage a good part to just get another one.
This sounds very out of context. There is no way any business owner or manager would ever make this call without more than just cause. I can't imagine what happened in order for this to happen, but there are always two sides.
