hi everyone am not a doctor but i cam hear to listen to the sound of the heart cuz i found that the heart sound is( al lah al lah al lah) putting it together its ALLAH then now found this video wich amazed me even more cuz its clear to me that this sounds is like (subhannah allah) in arabic, wich means in engligh praise to god am amazed subhan allah.
the patient is whispering while the doctors listens to the lung fields on the back...the whispering sounds much louder than it normally should due to lung consolidation in that area...consolidation has many causes...as regards to this patient, i have no idea what's wrong as it isn't my patient
@ScolarshipBoy1984 the px have a lung condensation, when he speaks, while the dr hears with the stetoscope, the voice and words are CLEAR... as the patient was whispering next to you... when normally, a health person when he speaks (and you are listening with the stetoscope), you can´t distinguish his words. This may occur in dry PLEURISY, Lung Tuberculosis.... and pleural effusion
