  • girl you did not need fake eyelashes! yours are so long & pretty!

  • Thank you so much! I've been wanting to try fake lashes but I wanted to know to how to remove them first! (:

  • Wow, what lashes did you use in this tutorial, they look awesome!

  • Which lashes did you use?

  • as the brand would say: Nice 'n' easy!

  • Short n Sweet

  • it workedd! thankss a lot!

  • so professional & in to the point

    thank you alot

  • Wow thanks for the tortorial, I've been considering trying false eyelahses out for a while but never have cause i was too afraid of the removal part, like not getting them off easy and didn't want to risk loosing my real eyelashes. When putting the eyelashes on should it be slightly above your actual lash line? cause thats the next part I'm not too sure about.

  • @lilgrlkissesnhugs Put them as close to your lash line as possible. Even though they're false you want them to look as natural as possible.

  • That sure looked easy!

  • what glue/adhesive and what remove did you use?

  • nice!

  • Ive tried everything..I cannot remove these suckers! The eye makeup remover isnt working for me.

  • i can't remove mine!!!!

  • i removed mine w/ fresh cookng oil

  • do you put fake eyelashes in top of real eyelashes or under ?

  • @angelw9076 on top

  • Loved it! No extra blah!!! Straight to the point! I loved it :D U ROCK

  • what lashes are those? who are they by?

  • what product you used to removed??

  • @zabenqa Clinique's "Take The Day Off" Eye makeup remover =)

  • @WannabeWitchMU oou thanxs :)

  • can you tell me the brand and # of the lashes you are using

  • Wow, it's seem so easy!!!

  • perfect that all i needed to know

  • thanx

  • What should I do if I accidently applied the false lashes on my REAL lashes? how can I remove it WITHOUT ripping off any of my REAL lashes? I am nervous.

  • @sooflymami oh no i dont know! try doing this prosedure first

  • Do EXACTLY this! =)

Take a Q-tip, dip it in makeup remover and swipe it across the band of lashes. This will remove all glue including one you accidentally put on your natural lashes ;)

  • I tried doing that before, but it didn't work. Am I supposed to put a lot of make up remover in order for not to rip out any of the lashes? Should I put mascara before applying false lashes or no?

  • Maybe you didn't use enough makeup remover because I've had that problem before and using the Q-Tip dipped in Makeup Remover worked perfectly.

Using Mascara before or after? It's your choice really. If you want REALLY dramatic lashes then do it before, if you just want to use the falsies and blend your own into them then use the mascara after applying the falsies =)

  • Sorry if this is a dumb question but can u use false eyelashes more than once?

  • there are no dumb questions! ;)

Yes you can, when they start looking a little wanky it's time to throw them out, otherwise use them till the time you feel it's time to get new ones ;)

  • Ok, thanks so much!! :)

  • @chiwowerz yes u can if you ceap them really clean you can use them up too a couple of weeks but they have to be really clean or else the´ll clump

  • thanx for the tip

  • hey it aint hurt at 0:50 when u pull it with ur hand??

  • can u help me? wut do i do when i remove it but i still have da icky blaCK glue in between my lashes...its not coming off :(((((((((((

  • u look real but i know fake eyelashes....what s number of eyelashes from?

  • I AM real and those are obviously fake eyelashes, hence the video being called how to remove them haha. I don't know the number of these, but I remember I got them at a theatrical supply store for $4.00 =D

  • is that hurt?

  • nop!!!

See the makeup remover made the glue dissolve so when I took it off it was merely lying on top of my skin, there was no glue whatsoever, ergo no pain ;)

  • where can i buy the fake eye lashes remover?

  • she said get a q-tip and get makeup remover.. like a liquid makep remover bottle den dip q-tip in der then wipe across eye lash den it with come off :) hope dis helps

  • I just discovered that if u dont hv any makeup remover u can use vaseline to remove ur fake lashes. It works!

  • i want fake ones so bad, i need to get some lol....where do you buy them at

  • Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Rite Aid, Online & Theatrical Supply Stores =)

  • i bout 4 pairs of MAC ones on ebay all for £3.00 thats about 6dollors or something like that, they r lush.x

  • Easy! Thanks!

  • Well that looks really easy, way easier than I thought it would be lol thanks.

  • what do you use to take the eyelashes off

  • I'm so glad and appreciate u did this video. i tried everything and i always have a hard time taking the lashes off and loose my real lashes. i bought some of the clinique and next time i wear lashes i know my real lashes won't come off and won't hurt me. thanks

  • aah that's great! I'm glad this helped you out =D

  • oyeeee me encantaron las pestañas que traias puestas en este video! de que marca/modelo son?

  • wow you make it look so easy. thank you also for the product name. I realized just now that i have it

  • Never use oil on these. It doesn't come off. Soak in soapy water. Lay on paper towel curve them into shape and let air dry. Then bend again to reshape. They can be used several times with the right care.

  • Using oil-based makeup-remover on the elastic band is safe to use. I've used it many times on the false eyelashes and still to this day, I use them and they're in perfect shape =D

  • wow! you made that look so easy!

  • it IS easy =D

  • can you buy 1 pair of Eyelashes then use it more then 1 time?

  • of course you can =D

Just make sure you clean off the dried glue after you're done using them ;)

  • To those,who doesn't use eyemakeup remover,

    you could try, olive oil,

soak the cottton bud or wool, and dab it on ur top lashes, let it dry for few seconds and remove from the outer corner to the intter, be careful!(: <3

    xx'

    z'yan

  • THis video is really good and her tips on how to get them off is "right on the money" .. I love my MAC lashes!!

  • Do they have to be removed nightly or can you leave em on for a few days at a time?? Better yet, how long do you leave yours on?

  • No!! It's not hygenic to leave them for a few days. I leave mine on for as long as I have the makeup on. For example if I go out and party or whatever when I get gome I take them off.

  • Okay, that makes sense. I'm thinking about giving them a try and wanted to get the inside scoop about em, Thank you.

  • Hey omg i love your eye makeup! maybe do a eye make up tutorial?

    :-D

  • Is there an alternative product you can use to remove the false lashes just in case I do not have makeup remover? Thanks :)

  • can u use the false eyelashes again? if yes, up to how many times?

  • there's no exact number of times you can reuse them. As long as you clean them off (the glue and mascara) you'll be fine to use the a couple of times =)

  • thanks so much :). is there any specific product to remove the glue?

  • I agree! Just keep them clean (I use my "Take the day off" by Clinique Eye make up remover .. love that stuff!!) and you should be able to re-use them several times ... ENJOY!!

  • hi! which lashes did u use in this vid & where can i find them?

  • They don't have an exact number or brand but I bought them at a theatrical supply store for $3.95 =D

  • I use MAC #31 false eyelashes & the MAC Duo glue ... I love it! I was afraid to use "falsie's" at first due to the horror stories I heard about taking them off .. but I LOVE THE MAC products! I bought them at Macy's .. enjoy!

  • Question: Can any fake eyelashes placed on with glue can easily be removed with eye makeup remover?

  • yes! =D

as long as you used eyelash glue and not some other type of glue you should be fine =)

  • nice! i found many tutorials on how to apply eyelashes, but finally found this on how to remove them. thanks a lot! very useful

  • what song is in the backround?

  • the song in the background of the how to remove false eye lashes is hot as ice. by britney spears. :]

  • haha thank you for answering that! =D

I never got an email notification for the comment asking the question =P

  • Thanks for the tip. I'm going to purchase some today.

  • your lashes looked so real what kind of lashes were they

  • Thanks for this really short and easy video! Exactly what I need right now ;)

  • what eyelashes are you using in this ?

  • hhola como se llama para remover las pestanas y donde lo encuentro....gracias

  • Muchas gracias... thanks a lot!

  • And if you don't have make up remover...?

  • then I suggest tugging very very very lightly, but only try this as a very last resort, you don't wanna lose any eyelashes in the process

  • thank you soooo much!!!!!!

  • you're most welcome =D

  • I'm so glad I saw your video. I've wanted to try false lashes before but I'm terrified of taking of my own lashes with them.

I'm especially glad you used the exact make up remover I always use, that makes it less scary to try ;)

  • oh I cannot live without that makeup remover it is my FAVORITE! And you are most welcome =D

  • gracias por explicarlo!

  • can you use makeupremover wipes

  • I've actually never tried them but I'd stick to using Q-Tips because I imagine that using a wipe for such a small and difficult area must be a bit tricky, who knows hehe

  • so i'll have to look for clinique brand. okay!

    x]

  • thanks ! this helped ;-)

  • Wow...Seems so simple. Thanks a bunch!

  • Have you got something to remove glue left overs from the lashes too?

I re-use mine a few times but they eventually get little blobs of glue and liquid liner, and I'd like to prolongue their wear time =)

Thanks for the tip btw ^_^

  • This was really helpful, thanks! I have to wear fake eyelashes for my performing group and couldn't figure out how to get the glue off and don't have enough money to get a new pair every performance, so I had the ones I reused had so much gross old glue on them =P

  • i love the idea how you zoom in to only your eye!

    it removes distraction! :D

    <3

  • lol well thanks! I just thought why would you wanna see the rest of my face when really all you're interested in is the false eyelashes =)

  • I'll have to try the Clinique stuff. I bought the Ardell Eyelash remover stuff, dipped a q-tip in it and proceeded to rub on like you showed, then screamed and had to throw water on my face because it got in my eye and burned like hell. The directions on the back of the eyelash remover liquid are stupid, they say to leave your eye partially open. DO NOT DO THIS!

  • OMG I'm so sorry that happened to you!!! The Clinique makeup remover does not sting AT ALL, you can't even feel it. Give it a try =)

  • thank you <3

  • I was looking up how to put them on, . . . I never thought about taking them off lol

  • same here!!! lol

  • Thanks for the tip! I would of never thought to use that. I was pretty much giving up on how to remove my false lashes because it was too painful. Until I saw your video and tried it and it really worked! Thanks a million :)

  • Glad I could be of service! =D

  • k pestanas son las k tienes en este video? estan super bonitas

  • wow, thankss for tips, its very helpful

    ;]

  • GREAT! I never use false eyelashes because I think mine is too big already lol

But I bought some from ELF and I'm just waiting for them to come.

Can you use them more then once?

  • Of course! Just be sure to clean them after each use ;)

  • what lashes are you wearing in this vid?

  • Im so happy about this video, really! Pulling them off is the whole reason I never wear them...Im ready to play now! LOL!

  • that is what i do and it does not hurt. Thanks for the tip.

  • I know right? Never will we flinch again when taking off falsies lol

    yw =)

  • Great tip! You're awesome! :)

  • haha thanks =P

  • wonderful! im live in nj but i am from fajardo and luquillo pr.

  • wepa! boricua!!! ;)

    Thanks =)

  • i bought the duo mac eye lash glue and i still can't get my lashes on. What do u tink i may be doing wrong. what should i do? :-(

  • Well I couldn't know per se but you just have to put the glue on the lash and wait at least 20-30 seconds or wait for the glue to get tacky, if it's still runny don't put the lashes on cause they'll fall

  • I think you should apply just a dab of glue; let it dry for about 20 seconds and then GENTLY apply them to the OUTER CORNERS of your eyes only ... they should come off pretty easy .. just be careful not to get them into your own lashline because then you'll be in trouble!

  • Thanks for the tip! I always "grip it and rip it" too. lol. finally i wont rip my own eyelashes out. hehe

  • yay, glad it helped ya out =D

  • Great tip! Who would have thought! LOL! I always "Grip it an' rip it"! LOL! I like your way better!

    Erica

  • never rip!! lol Too many lashes have been lost because of that, I'm glad it helped ya.
