People have woken up in the morgue, then weeks later talk like how you and I do now with no problems or physical imbalances. The weird thing is, this Transmission is real, but whether or not it is of a prankster or an actual alien is open to debate. I know it would sound insane for a civilization even hundreds of years advanced to broadcast a message and it would be in this sort of "Quality". It could be just me, but you really never know. Well look at it this way. According to this vid they came to Earth and communicated to us by hijacking the audio of a tv station which HUMANS CAN DO. Why not come down to Earth and confront us, if they did that we'd believe them and destroy our weapons.
