Couldn't agree anymore, I've been trying to get that "perfect" guitar emulation on a keyboard for years (of course i know this is not possible, but its fun to keep striving for it). Thanks for the opinion, i might just check Prominy out, since the price is not too far off from realstrat. You play *very* well for someone who has been playing for a year. I've been playing for about 12 now and I'd say you are better...although If i practiced for 8(!!!) hours a day, i wouldn't be so bad either lol!

Up until I saw this I've never heard of Prominy LPC...I've been using realstrat for the longest time now, thinking there was nothing better in the VST guitar modeling department. Do you have any experience with realstrat, how does it compare. great performances btw

Hello my friend! Yes I´ve used realstrat and it sounds great for its size! But you can´t really compare a 1gb guitar (realstrat) with Prominy (28gb). You have all kind of articulations and huge level of detail in Prominy. And still doesn´t sound perfect! That´s how tricky emulating a guitar can be.

A good alternative is Bela D Lyrical Distortion, it has less than 4gb and sounds AWESOME.

Hey zolhof, I came upon your vids because I am debating on whether I should purchase an Open Labs Neko XXL or an OASYS. I'm siding a little more to an OASYS because I myself am a piano player and I need the 88 keys. Would you recommend it?

Great playing by the way. I am a huge DT fan and I play a lot of piano. You should definitely try recording Biaxident by Liquid Tension Experiment.

Hi! Since you´re already making beats on FL, the Neko will be way easier and familiar to master (VST based). But it don´t see the point in wasting that amount of money to do basically the same you´re doing on the computer. The Oasys is an unique instrument with awesome and unique sounds, but it´s a complex machine to master. I should also mention that the sequencer is kinda lame lol dunno if that´s important to you..

yo linn, thanks! i´m using windows media player 17 to watch movies on the big O........ hehehe seriously, I used Sony Vegas to edit the whole video, one layer for each video. I manipulated the DT video as a 3D object to be able to rotate, use perspective, etc that´s how it fits the touchscreen
